Since coating needs to be cured or hardened, time consumption and temperature control are 2 elements that need to be highly considered. During the coating process, infrared heat energy will be used. With a simple explanation, the energy is produced by a heat conductor and emitted as a straight line to another surface. The heat is then absorbed by the surface and caused a rise in temperature. This can soften the coating and make it stick on the vehicle's surface easily. Therefore, the heat must be controlled strictly!
After pasting coating on the vehicle's surface, the drying process is also very important in the coating process! During the drying process, infrared radiation can penetrate into the coating so it can be dried from inside to outside. Besides, bubbles on the surface can be prevented. As a result, a smooth and perfect coated surface is born under our watch.
